MY HUSBAND CALLED AND WAS TOLD TO BRING IN THE UNIT. THE TECHNICIAN WAS QUICKLY ABLE TO DIAGNOSE THE PROBLEM. HE DID THE REPAIR ON THE SPOT IN A VERY SHORT TIME SO THE UNIT COULD BE TAKEN HOME AND USED THAT DAY.
