AFTER TALKING TO THE SALES REP., AND CHOOSING WHAT FLOOR WE WANTED, WE SET A DATE UP. THEY CAME OUT, AND DID THE JOB WITHOUT ANY PROBLEMS. THEY WERE NEAT, AND DID THE JOB IN A TIMELY MANNER.

THE CARPET DID NOT COME IN AS ORIGINALLY PROMISED. THEREFORE THE ORIGINAL INSTALLATION DATE HAD TO BE POSTPONED AND RESCHEDULED AT THE TIME THE CARPET WAS RECEIVED BY THE COMPANY. THIS COMPANY GAVE ME THE BEST PRICE OVERALL, INCLUDING INSTALLATION AND UPGRADED PADDING. I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED WHEN I WAS TOLD THE CARPET WAS IN STOCK AND WOULD BE RECEIVED WITHIN A WEEK AND LATER FOUND OUT IT WAS BEING SHIPPED FROM BACK EAST. THIS DELAYED THE INSTALLATION SIGNIFICANTLY. OTHERWISE, THE COMPANY DID A GOOD JOB.
