KEYES HARDWOOD FLOORING

If you have good standards and want your floors to look decent, you
shouldn't go with Keyes flooring. I sure will not be recommending them
to anyone I know.

They were nice people and they did a good job. It was sometimes not easy to get a hold of them, but for the most part things worked out. There was a minor spot that needed to be touched up and they came out and did that. I appreciated that. I am very pleased with them. I would recommend them to others for the exact same job. They appeared to be very experienced, but I didn't have enough interactions with them to know if they actually installed hardwood floors.

He drove all the way out to meet me and he gave me a good estimate. He sent me an email with a copy of everything. He did everything he said he was going to do and did a really good job. There were no surprises for me.

Terry Keyes and his brother Shawn are true craftsmen. They quoted the job and were able to start the very next week. We were relocating from Chicago to Orange County and wanted to have the floors finished prior to our furniture arriving. Terry was able to make that happen. They worked well and were able to work with other contractors working on our home at the same time. They even replaced the baseboards in a room they were not working in so it would match the rest of the house. Their clean-up was great. Excellent job!
