+ -1 moreJuvenal (Jay) Delgado left my irrigation system damaged and unusable. He did not provide the parts I paid for, and instead used ill-fitting and rusty ones. He pressured me into buying a new and expensive timer and damaged it by cutting its wires. He did not adjust the pressure valves which resulted in damaging the pipes and ill-fitting parts. He left 5 areas without sources of water. He was aggressive and inappropriate.His workmanship was poor and careless. I am a disabled senior citizen and I believe he took advantage of me. DO NOT USE JUVENAL (JAY) DELGADO. He cheated me and he will cheat you. Litigation is pending.
Description of Work: Replace sprinkler system with drip irrigation system.
