Junk Monster arrived exactly on time.  The two men removed the furniture quickly from the back yard.  They were very helpful and also moved some large pots for me and relocated another table and chair set to another location.  The two men were very polite and friendly.

Okay; the crew was at the site for about 1 hour. My only disappointment was at the end of the job. I was given a preliminary cost to expect at the beginning of the job; and, at completion was charged 150$ more- unsure why but I paid their fee, anyway. They have a Very vague fee structure. No receipt was offered and I didn't think to ask for one until later; and that was my mistake.

Jason and his team at Junk Monster did such a great job! My Dad passed away and left a house full of furniture and things we needed to get out in order to make room and do home improvements. There was a lot of older items that we needed to part with, and heavy things that were on the second level. We called Junk Monster and they came out the next day. They were excellent! They come out and look at the items you need removed and give you an close estimate as to how much it will be. The prices are very fair and they work hard. They removed heavy couches and TVs from the upper level of our home. It was such a blessing to find these guys and have them do everything in a timely manner. They arrived on time and finished promptly. They even sent a thank you card to us thanking us for the business :) We will use them again for sure!

They are very professional. They were right on time They were very clean and very nice. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again. The price was reasonable, depending on how much space you take up in their truck. They were such nice guys. They tried to make sure any usable things weren't thrown away. They were prompt and professional.

I easily made an appointment via telephone with Jason and they showed up early, which was great for us.  We described what we wanted done and showed them the area, and was quoted a price for the job.  The cost was very acceptable and they completed the job.  Afterwards, they cleaned up some materials in the driveway, asked if they had accomplished what we wanted  and departed.  The time spent was very good as they went about their task very efficiently.
We were very impressed with their professionalism and the pride they took in their work.
I would use them again without hesitation.

We called Jason about 8:30 in the morning and he was here by 12:00 to haul away the items described above.  Junk Monsters is professional, efficient and a joy to do business with. The price was excellent.  This is the second time we have used Jason and have no doubt we will use him again and again.  His price more than reasonable considering how heavy that TV was!

Jason was responsive and came when he said he would be there. We had to pay extra as his day to be in Anaheim Hills was different than the day we needed it done. I felt the price was high, however needed it done that day.

They finished their prior pickup early and called to see if they could come earlier than our scheduled appointment. They did and quickly tossed the broken down cabinet into their truck. They even swept up the garage afterwards! The price was as quoted and they were very professional.

From beginning to end, Junk Monster was AMAZING!!  Dale came to give an estimate and was very thorough.  On the day of the schedled demolition, everyone was on time.  Dale and Tim worked relentlessly and did a great job hauling and cleaning up.  We could not have been more pleased.  AND our "junk" will all be recycled.  What a company!  What a concept!.. We will definitely call them again and refer them to our friends.  Customer service was beyond belief.

Two representatives from the company arrived punctually. They were extremely professional and personable. The viewed the items that needed to be removed then worked up the pricing. We agreed and they went straight to work.  I suggested an easy route through the house but they insisted that they take the longer way so as avoid tracking dirt. They weren't wasting time & chitty chatty but friendly and respectful.
One of the best outside services I have used.
