Jeffrey went above & beyond in his service. He cleaned a"rats nest" of old cables etc. from behind my tv, then installed my home theater system, then patiently programmed me on using the new system. He was also very fair in his charges-more than fair considering the quality of his work.

Jeff was great. He came and reviewed the project and gave me a quote for free. Then he scheduled the job, came on time and did everything as promised. I would definitely hire him again.

Good work but a little pricey. $125/hour is expensive. He should have been more clear on the hourly rate when we first spoke. He said it would be “about $120 or so” to install the TV. Perhaps he thought it would only take an hour. He never mentioned an hourly rate.
