Inferior workmanship. He is arrogant and incompetent. He got the measurements wrong, so the dimension were all off. The installation was wrong. The cabinet doors didn't fit properly. We asked the interior of the medicine cabinet not to be black, but they came back black. He denied he did anything wrong, but we had emails confirming our request.
