I highly recommend them. Matt was efficient, very understanding and patient. Using remote access he was able to repair software damage to my computer and also upgraded it without difficulty to Windows 10 (I had 8.1). The damage to my computer was such I thought I was going to need a new one. I would definitely use them again.

He was great, he was really good. I did his annual retention service. He is very reasonable. I like his manner, his demeanor and his reliability. I really like him a lot, He is very nice and knowledgeable. He communicates with you and will call you if he cannot show up on time. A lot of people will not do that.
