We heard about this company from our health club's fitness trainer. We bought a very expensive commercial treadmill for a good price and are very pleased with it. It looks and performs like brand new. We had weird noises with it two different times. However, both times, they came out to the house right away and fixed it - promptly and cheerfully. We've had no problems since and love the machine. The company personnel are easy to work with and very responsive, ''We want you to be happy'' was the statement from Connie, an owner and the person in charge of the refurbishing process. I do not hesitate to recommend them highly.
