Furniture Refinishing
We discussed price which I thought was high but decided to continue because of sentimental value. House of Douglas completed quickly. He told me to order parts for the lid which I did and subsequently provided but he didn't want to install and they still haven't been installed. (When he asked me to order I thought he knew how to install but when presented with the items, he didn't know what to do with them.) I probably would not have continued with him, if I had known this when I started. I should have asked for everything in writing (my mistake). In addition, some of the fill work was a different color but he indicated that it was the best they could do under the circumstances. The refinish job was done very well but still have the hinges that I don't know what to do with.

WE WERE PLEASED WITH THE RESULTS. IT WAS REASONABLY PRICED. IT IS A FAIRLY REPUTABLE PLACE. I THINK THEY HAVE BEEN IN BUSINESS QUITE A WHILE. THEY EXACTLY MATCHED THE CANING THAT WAS ON THE CHAIRS BEFORE.
