I was very impressed with them. If I ever do need anything done, I will definitely call them.

They warrants their work for 2 years. Due to the construction of my dryer exhaust, they came out again within the 2 years (2011) to clean my clogged vent for free. I would say that they are a company that stands by their warranty.  In 2013, I called Mark to come clean my vent We had schedule for him to come out to clean the vent on Thursday but due to human error, they did not show up at the appointed time. I called and I was not on the schedule. Mark apologized for the error and we scheduled for him to come out on Monday. He arrived on time and he had called earlier to let me know what time he was planning to be at my house.  He cleaned out all the dust stuck in my vent and there were a LOT! He and his partner worked really fast and they cleaned up all the dust behind the washer and dryer! Mark apologized again for missing our earlier appointment and gave me a $25 discount for the error. Mark and his crew were very professional and respectful. Thank you and see you the next time my dryer vent gets dusty!

Mark's explanation of the what and why of the services he suggested was by far the most thorough of the 6 estimates I requested.  His written estimate was the second lowest.
He arrived promptly for the estimate and the work. I phoned him twice with questions and he responded promptly.   He not only completed everything he promised, but also took extra time and materials to route the attic ducts so as to maximize my storage space.  He was careful of my house and furnishings and all work areas were spotless when he was done.
I've had numerous tradesmen work in our home over the past 18 yrs here in CA, and Mark is without a doubt the best I've used.  I would recommend him without reservation.

THE INSURANCE COMPANY RECOMMENDED THEM. THEY GAVE GOOD QUALITY WORK. THERE WERE THREE MEN WHO CAME TO DO THE WORK . THEY WERE VERY CLEAN AND IT WAS SATISFACTORY WORK.
