Griffin pest control

Service was horrible. For $350 they came out and put four traps out in my garage - my husband could have done that for $40! When I complained, they came the following week and put four more traps in the attic. Again, my husband could have done that for another $40! They not only missed one service call without calling us with any explanation, but when I called to question it they came a couple of days later and removed the traps a week early. And again, without notifying me they were doing that. When I called to speak with a manger, Christopher Snyder, he said he’d look into it and call me back later that day. Well, no call that day, so I called the next day and left a message on his cell phone. Again, no return call. So the third day, I called the office and asked why this manager and this company who advertises “100% Customer Satisfaction” is ignoring my phone calls?! She said she would speak with Christopher. Of course, she didn’t call me back so three hours later I called her and she said they would come out and set four more traps, and I told her I am not satisfied with that as it produced no results and their rep who removed the traps said being they didn’t catch anything, so he would talk to the office about giving us credit. I told Yesenia, the rep I was speaking with that I expected the manager to call me back and a credit for lack of work performed. Not surprising, it’s now the next day and no one has called me back. Which leaves me to write this negative review and take the issue up with my credit card company. Beware!!
