+ -1 moreAfter the move, I noticed 11 items that were damaged; from glass top tables being broken to expensive living room and dining room furniture being damaged. I sent in a claim with photos showing the damage and got no response. I spoke to 2 different people on the phone one of which was Lillian Oliveira. We exchanged e-mails. She assured me each time that they would get back with me, but I NEVER heard from them. I estimated the damage was $1,140.00. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY NOR RECOMMEND THEM. I WILL AND HAVE MADE A POINT TO LET OTHERS KNOW OF THEIR LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM !!!!!!!!!!

+ -1 moreThey were incredible. Alex was professional and organized coordinating the move, all the movers were careful in getting us out of house on a raining cats and dogs day. Edison who met and sold us on the business very professional, along with Lucille who was our office contact. Armando was the champion who moved us in along with his team who all did a great job. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. a little more expensive than the competition but well worth it!

+ -1 moreI have moved more than 20 times in my life, some interstate and some intrastate. Never have I had a better experience moving than I did with Gold Medal. I anticipate moving again in 5-7 years, and look forward to the experience knowing that they will be on the job. Their quote was more than fair, I wasn't nickeled and dimed for and quot;extra feesand quot; once the guys got on the job. In fact, I think the move on Saturday took an extra hour and I wasn't charged for that either. The and quot;not to exceedand quot; quote was 100% accurate. The guys packing on Friday were great, and guys moving on Saturday were too. Moving is never fun, but they took a lot of the stress out of it for us. Thanks to all at GM Moving! The Groendyke's
