Initially, everything seemed normal as this was for regular lawn service. But as time went on, the service quality went down hill. Even after several discussions and Emails, Octavio promised things would be taken care of but at the end, it was the same poor quality. This contractor violated nearly every code of conduct for HomeAdvisor. I do not know how this person got so many positive reviews as they must be self promotion. This was one bad experience - do not believe what Octavio tells you as he will promise the world and deliver nothing. You will just end up wasting your time to get him to do what he originally promised. Over promising and not delivering - that is the bottom line. Dishonest.

When I completed the job (new valve) you were satisfied with the work I had done for you, you even gave me a 5 star rating, now that im back from vacation, I log into my Home Advisor account and find out you changed the rating from 5 stars to 1 star.
