I noticed my water bill was getting higher after the first month I had moved in to my home. A friend referred me Fabian Looez Plumbing stating that he was very professional & knowledgeable. I called him and showed up relatively fast as he stated he was concern about the drought California is going through. He asked me few questions over the phone & advised to shut down my water supply as I had a leak somewhere in the house. I live on a crawl space foundation & didn't really notice any water leakage. Once he showed up he showed me that the meter was reading water being used but yet nobody was home therefore I had a leak. He went underneath the house looking for the problem, few minutes later he said my issue was in vanity. He showed me on a video where exactly the water was leaking. He fixed the issue right there & then in a matter of 30 mins or so. I was really pleased with his performance. I then asked him to look at my shower as water would start backing up after 2-3 minutes of running water & my toilet was also cloged. I had been living with this nightmare for couple days. Fabian then advised to install & clean out in order to snake my lines from outside rather than inside the house. He said it would be very convenient for the future in case I was to back up again. It didn't take long before my shower was flowing perfectly & my toilet was flushing like it should. I was super impress with his knowledge, performance, & price. He was fair in many ways & had great advise. I really appreciate his work ethic & would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for estimate or job.
