When Doug was here,he found more dryrot on my deck and replaced it without an additional charge. He went to great efforts to find the exact trim for my door. The only unpleasant experience was with my HOA who should have paid 100%, but didn't.

The cost is good and when there are problems, they don?t mind coming out until it is resolved.

We just moved and noticed we heard scratching so we called them. They took care of the problem and if we ever hear or see bugs, we call them and they are out here usually within one day. They are very nice to deal with and affordable for our needs.

THE PRICE IS COMPETITIVE. THEY ARE MORE RELIABLE THAN OTHER COMPANIES I'VE TRIED BECAUSE THEY SHOW UP ON TIME. THEY DO THE JOB FINE. THEY DON'T BREAK ANYTHING IN THE BACKYARD AS OTHER COMPANIES HAVE DONE.

THE SERVICES WAS GOOD. THEY WERE ON TIME. THEY CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES. THERE WAS VERY LITTLE DAMAGE. THE PRICE WAS ALSO REASONABLE.

I LIKED EVERYTHING ABOUT THEM. I HAVE USED THEM SINCE 1980. BUT THEY CHARGED ME FOR BEE EXTERMINATION WHEN IT WAS ON MY CONTRACT AND THEY SAID IT WASN'T. EVENTUALLY THE PROBLEM WAS IRONED OUT.

HE'S KNOWLEDGEABLE. HE'S MADE COMMENTS ABOUT STUFF HE'S DONE, AND HE'S DONE EXTRA BECAUSE OF A SPECIFIC TIME OF THE YEAR.

WE CAN TRUST THEIR TECHNICIANS TO DO A THOROUGH JOB EVERY TIME AND THEY WILL DO ANY EXTRA TREATMENTS WE ASK THEM TO PERFORM, SUCH AS REMOVING WASP NESTS. THEY ALWAYS COME AT THE PREARRANGED TIME.

THE MAJORITY OF THE TIME THEY ONLY TREATED THE OUTSIDE OF THE HOUSE. THEY WANTED ME TO LEAVE THE HOUSE FOR 4 HOURS JUST TO TREAT THE INSIDE. I WAS VERY INCONVENIENCED BY THIS BECAUSE I HAVE FOUR CHILDREN AND A DOG. IT HARD FOR US TO ALL GO OUT FOR FOUR HOURS IN THE COLD OR RAINY WEATHER.
