 + -1 moreTHEIR WORK WAS VERY QUICK AND EFFICIENT. THEY KNEW IMMEDIATELY WHAT WAS WRONG AND HAD IT REPLACED SHORTLY THEREAFTER. IT WAS DURING A LONG HEATWAVE.
Description of Work: THE CONDENSER UNIT WAS LEAKING FREON AND THEY REPLACED IT. THEY CAME TO US THROUGH THE OLD REPUBLIC INSURANCE CO.

 + -1 moreIT WAS FINE. THE GUY CAME OUT WHEN HE SAID HE WOULD. THE ONLY PROBLEM WAS THAT IT WAS A WEEK AND HALF BEFORE IT GOT FIXED. SO THE REASON I DIDN'T GIVE HIM AN A ON EVERYTHING WAS THAT IT GOT DELAYED. THE GUY CAME OUT AND DID WHAT HE SAID HE WAS GOING TO DO. I LIKE THAT. AS SOON AS THAT PUMP CAME IN HE CAME OUT AND FIXED IT AND IT WAS DONE.
Description of Work: A PUMP WAS REPLACED ON OUR DISHWASHER. WE PAY A $35 DEDUCTIBLE FOR APPLIANCE REPAIR SERVICE.
