About us

Stop Slab Leaks Today! Why repipe when you can ePIPE? Avoid the mess. We fix pipes "In-Place." Our patented technology has a 90-minute return-to-service. In most cases, your water will be back on the same day! Our company offers the patented ePIPE pipe lining technology to restore pipes from the inside. This epoxy coating method uses existing access points to clean and coat failing or aged pipes in-place, eliminating the need to dig up and replace pipes. This method is often faster, less expensive and much less disruptive than a traditional repipe. ePIPE extends the useful life of pipe systems and protects the pipes against common failures, such as leaks, corrosion, discolored water and metal (lead and copper) leaching. We also offer our LeadSmart testing program, the first program of its type, which uses EPA-approved equipment and an EPA-approved method of testing water for lead levels, as well as steps to remedy the high lead levels, official certification and insured protection. A LeadSmart Certificate of Compliance is issued to a property after it is tested in compliance to current EPA guidelines for lead. Our LeadSmart testing services are backed by an industry-first $1 Million Errors and Omissions Insurance program. If your home, property, business, building, facility, vessel or structure could benefit from either the ePIPE or LeadSmart services, please contact us today.

This process took 2 days with very little inconvenience. Our water was off for a short time during this process. The crew was very professional, courteous and extremely knowledgable about all parts of the job. Upon completion they test all the fixtures to insure no leaks are present.

There were a few holes needed to access some pipes and the crew was very careful to put them in places not very visible. They then send out someone that patches any holes that were made. This service is included in the price.

We were very happy that we chose this process to eliminate leaks as opposed to rerouting pipes which is a very intrusive method with a great deal of repair afterwarsds.

The team arrived on time and finished exactly when they said they would.  There was nothing for me to do except give them authorization to start, and sign at the end.  They did not have to go through concrete, rather they could dig through the yard to get to the pipes, so no further work was required.  My price might look a little high, but I had over 100 feet to be covered since I am the house in the back on a 2 on a lot property.  All in all, I am very happy with the work they did both inside and outside.

The company called in advance to remind me of the time of arrival and things I needed to do to prepare.  The lead on the project called as they were on their way.  The project was to take 2 days due to the number of pipes to be covered, but they actually did it in less time.  I could not have been more impressed with the team that did this job as they worked non-stop, made sure I understood exactly what would happen and when, and did a fabulous job of cleaning up so I wouldn't have to.  And where this process does require work on the customer's part to clear out everything from under sinks (kind of like what we prep for carpet cleaning), I have to say that actually helped me out in that it forced me to really clear out stuff I no longer needed and get organized - LOL).

The sales person was also amazing in that she was able to explain everything that needed to be done and showed us how this process would be less invasive and less expensive then replacing all the pipes.  I'd already had 10 leaks between inside my house and outside costing me more than $10k - sure wish I'd known about this ages ago so I could have avoided all that.

In summary, I felt this company did such a great job that I am having them back on 1/21/16 to do my outside pipes.

Everything went very well.  We had a few hiccups with our shower valves.  But the leak was closed and we didn't need to go through the slab or do a reroute :)  Elated with the scope of work, professionalism, cleanliness and efficiency :)

Workers were on time and careful. The estimator initially missed two spigots, so the price went up a bit from the initial estimate when his error was discovered. Also, we had a slight problem afterward with water temperature being too low in one shower, but they came back twice to take care of the problem and replaced some parts at no additional cost. (After ePipe work is done, the water temperature from the water heater must not exceed 130 degrees.) Everything works beautifully now.

- easy to schedule
- on time
- clean
- explained every part of the process
- identified and clearly identified areas of concern
- always intersted in the best possible outcome
- additional note: Identified a pipe fitting that was imminetly going to burst in weeks maybe days; which saved me from a water leak that would have taken months to fix and ten's of thousands of dollars rectify

The process took two plus days to complete.  One slab leak the slab was jackhammer down to the leaking pipe and the copper pipe was replaced.   The second slab leak was rerouted so I didn't have to tear up the kitchen tile.    Both repairs stopped the leak.  The main process was to epoxy both the hot and cold lines.   The lines were blown dry, an abrasive to clean the lines and prepare the surface for the epoxy sealer and the sealer was blown in.   All new 1/4 turn shut off valves were installed on all lines.  New hoses from the shutoff values to the faucets and toilets installed.   New shower and tub valves were installed.  All new outdoor faucets were installed.  Ball valve shut offs were installed in the main water line and the hot water tank lines.   The work comes with a 10 year guarantee.
Both workers were very professional.  All floors had a plastic liner and carpet installed.   All work areas clean when done.   They provide water for the two days the water was off.   The workers treated our house like their house.
The wall patching was done where they had to cut into the walls.   The only thing not done was painting and we new that up front.
There are many options to repair leaks in the water lines.   We recommend ePIPE/ Pipe restoration.

Crew of three arrived on time and immediately set to work.  You would think that the circus had just arrived in town.
Compressor, pumps, lots of hoses and valving systems were strung throughout the house.  But before the equipment was set out, the guys put down special pads to cover the floor wherever the hoses would be laid.  I had no idea the process was so involved and required so much knowledge and ability.  The crew worked together as a finely tuned race team.  When they finished, I was taken to each sink, shower, toilet, hose bib, etc to inspect that everything was working correctly and everything was spic and span.  It was a real pleasure to watch these professionals in action.  I highly recommend these guys.

Showed up on time and finished on schedule.  Very clean.  Put tarps down to protect the carpeting.  It was somewhat noisy during the process but that was to be expected.

While this service is not completely non-invasive, we decided it was better than re-piping.  The team was 3 people and very professional and I felt like I was respected as the customer. They started on time and finished in the timeframe i was quoted.  I was very worried that I'd have repairs as a result of the job, but they were very careful and clean.  Just a couple of very small drywall repairs that they take care of.  During the job it was very easy to get around my house; btw I did not move out. They left me with drinking of water, and tubs of water so we wouldn't be water less.

The crew consisted of 7- 8 men.  They arrived when they said they would and worked all day to complete the majority of the job.  They were back the next day to finish the re-piping.  The city inspector required one line in the attic to be slightly relocated as it was too close to a can light in the kitchen ceiling.  This was taken care of the next day and re-inspected.  Everything met code.  Drywall and stucco repair crews arrived within a day or two and completed their work quickly and satisfactorily.  In 2012, the work also included re-painting, which was also done to our satisfaction.

We had 4 pinhole leaks in various copper pipes around the house in the last few years. We were told the corrosion was caused by chloramines in the county water system. Our first estimate for replacing all the copper pipes in the entire house was over $16,000. We consulted with a second company and were told that our house is too complicated to re-pipe due to four levels, tiled walls in 3 bathrooms, lots of natural wood floors and ceilings etc. They recommended restoring the existing pipes with the Duraflo injection system and directed us to Epipe. We did our research and asked some experts. All agreed this was our best and only option.
Our Consumer Advisor from Epipe, Sharra Myers, was prompt and professional. She came prepared with a brief presentation, answered every one of our questions to our satisfaction and backed up her facts with documentation. She was personable, efficient and very informative. She followed up right away with the estimate and the contract. We arranged to have the team come for two to three days, during which time we opted to move out. We were asked to remove everything from underneath each sink. The project manager, whose name I don't remember, unfortunately, was fantastic, as was each of the crew. They set up the equipment in the garage and ran hoses from there to every junction. They protected the floors with pads. We were amazed at how orderly and spotless the operation was. We were able to stay around during the day because there was little disruption and not much noise. They were very solicitous of us, sensitive to our needs and diligent about keeping us informed. They finished when they said they would. They were aces! This is what you get when employees are treated well and have worked for the company for many years. My husband and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company.

The cost of refitting would be about the same as the epoxy lining by the time we added in dry wall and painting costs. The three man crew were very professional and courteous. They arrived promptly at 8 each day and worked until 5:30 the first day and until 7 the second day. They left the house clean and spotless in the areas that they worked..Overall I am satisfied with the service but only time will tell. Hopefully there will be no more leaks. My complaint is that I have lower water pressure in the cold water lines to the kitchen sink and master bathtub.  It's not terribly low but I wish it were better. I suspect it is something I will get use to. The technician explained he had to line those pipes a bit more since there was a leak in them.

The Sales Rep. Bob is Great, Very informative, he was never bothered by calls to answer extra questions, Helpful in every step of the Process.
The Install Foreman Tommy and the rest of his Crew were Neat and Professional. They kept the entire work area clean, constantly  picking up after themselves.
They found that the Leaking Pipe was too far gone to Epoxy Coat, so they did have to open the Bathroom wall and re-plumb the Hall Sink. With all that they were still completely finished within 8 hours. It did take a week until the Drywall guy could get over to repair the wall in the Bathroom but he did a Great job in the repair as well as Texture matching.
There was one problem; When they were working on the Water Heater, they accidentally stood on and Bent the top of my Brand New Dryer, But they were very professional about that and there have been no problems with them replacing the Top.
