DM Construction Inc

We have recently been in involved in a repair/refurbishment project in our condo with DM Construction.  We experienced major delays, frustration and a complete lack of supervision which resulted in sections of the repair having to be torn out and re-done - in one instance three times.  And areas that had to be prepared for other work were not done correctly, also three times, causing further delays, frustration and aggravation.  Again, no senior supervisor nor any member of their management visited the project, despite innumerable phone calls and emails (many of which were completely ignored).  It was inexplicable to us that there was no continuity and different artisans would arrive  not having been fully briefed with what was required, causing the abovementioned problems.  Even on completion of the project not one member of the company has visited the site to ensure that all the work has been satisfactorily carried out.
 Our experience with this company was very unpleasant and we recommend that they be avoided.
