It was good. They have reasonable price. They always treated me very well. I actually don't have dislike about them.

I have brought both my cars there over the past six years. They assign you to a specific service person that you can deal with and you can make appointments with them online. You can also stop in with no appointment and they will help you.

Excuse my language, but I don't think it is an exaggeration to say that these people are highway robbers. My car would not start so I had AAA tow it to Crevier BMW. I got a call from one of their service managers. He listed a list of things he wanted to do: change battery, change oil, change spark plugs, tighten gaskets to stop oil leak, change steering fluid, radiator flush, change tires.. The cost? $4500 without tires. It's like they get a car, and want to do everything possible to maximuze profit. But I gave the guy a benefit of doubt, and thought he just wants to do everything he can so I won't have problem in the future. So I asked how much for just battery, oil, and spark plug change? Answer: $1000. How much to simply get the car moving again, which would be just changing battery? Answer: $500. Which means that he was going to charge $500 to change spark plugs and oil change!! I usually give BMW dealers some slack to quote higher for their expertise, but $500 for changing spark plugs and oil?! (And I am absolutely not exagerating) I was totally flabergasted at their crookedness, and they lost all credibility with me. I had to pay $500 for battery change (labor cost >$200), so I could get my car out of there. Please do yourself a favor, take your car anywhere but this place. I had even purchased my vehicle from them, but I am never going back, either to service or sale.

I believe they are excellent because they always do a phenomenal job. Sometimes you don't know what you are going to get when you take your car to the dealership. My car is under warranty so I take it to them and they do a great job every time. They are very professional, friendly and return my car on time every time. All in all I believe they are a solid company that I highly recommend.
