Contempo Living

I used Contempo because I needed a laminate wood that is bomb proof, they offered a manufacturer called MetroFloor.  Great stuff, eco-friendly and bullet proof.Initial installation was good, but they didn't do the stairs...and the guy who did the estimate didn't include the stairs (which are part of the room, right?) 

As a result, we had mis-matched flooring and had to spend another $700 to do the stairs.  So, they were late with materials for the second install and it ending up being a pain in the a** when it shouldn't have.

It started off pretty well, communication was good between Steve Oviedo and us, we had a problem w/ the tile installation near the toilet & base of door moulding which his tile installer fixed. After that, it was just a bunch of low quality finish work. Steve never built the shelf for the cabinet he promised us, it's just this huge not functional box. The toilet leaked IMMEDIATELY after Steve installed it and he never re-built it as promised to us. We had to hire a professional to fix the leaking toilet and even saved the gaskets that were dry and worn to prove to Steve that he did NOT re-build the toilet!!! The shower arm wiggles instead of being rigid, the bath cabinet exterior doors were particle board not solid wood, Steve used mortar instead of colored grout at toilet water line which didn't match. Unfortunately for us, we trusted his word that he would come back and fix these items as promised to my husband and myself when he asked for his final check. BIG MISTAKE!!! Steve NEVER returned and NEVER returned the more than "20" phone calls we made to him over the next 3 weeks. We even called one of his employees "Eric" to give the messages to Steve.
