Review by AG in Orange. The removal and look of our new ceiling is beautiful. We all go thru some difficult times and I think Mark did have some bad luck during our project. At the completion of the job his vacuum broke, a fan, and due to this my son and I had to take 2 days to do the cleanup. But his price for the job was good and was worth the inconvenience.

I was very please with the quality of work perform in a timely manner. I used John twice now and I will use him again down the road....

I first hired Ceiling Masters in 2008. Mark was polite, on time, had the best price quote and was licensed for a long time -- over 35 years now -- and BBB approved! He removed my popcorn ceilings, retextured and repainted them. The work was done quickly and I didn't worry about a thing! Results are fantastic! I have rehired them for dozens of wall repairs, repainting, and they always impress! I refer them to all my friends and coworkers and each of them is amazed by the professional results and reasonable prices. I'm a picky customer but I wish Mark and Ceiling Masters the best success!! I love the ceilings and would have done this years prior if I would have know how easy it was. The crew was in and out in two days and I didn't need to remove my furniture. They even re-hung my pictures when done. Thanks Mark!

The ceiling work looks great but the attention to detail, communication, and clean up were terrible. Mark was an hour late to the appointment to give me a quote. That should have been my first sign. Also, there is plaster splattered on my wood shutters, windows, and on outlet covers throughout the house. There was miscommunication as to if the kitchen and bathroom ceilings were also to be textured. I thought I was clear that I wanted the entire house to be done so it was the same throughout but Mark remembers differently. Now I have mismatched ceilings. The crew left dust throughout and did not haul off the debris to the dump as per the quote. They left the place a mess on a Friday afternoon and did not call or mention a thing about coming back to clean up and take the debris away. (The next crew that came in to do the flooring (unrelated to Mark's crew) was nice enough to haul it away the following week.) Also outlined in the quote was dry wall repair for painting prep which was not done and when I asked Mark about it, he said it was not in the quote. I then had to point out the line item where he quoted me for it. He then had to return two additional times to complete that task since on his first attempt back he hardly did anything. The ceilings look good but I would not recommend this company since customer service is just as important as quality of product.

First service failed to show on given day. Mark and his tech were able to take on the job on short notice and did a wonderful job! They were courteous, did great work and cleaned up.

Mark got started right away, and worked every day for the first week of the job. It took a little longer to finish some of the touch-up work, but there were unavoidable scheduling issues. His guys did an excellent job of preventing and cleaning their messes, and there was little cleanup required after they left. Overall a fantastic job in removing our popcorn ceiling.

Mark and his crew did a great job! He came out, inspected my house, and emailed me a competitive price quote within 24 hrs. He was on time to do the job both days, and very polite and courteous. Cleanup was also well done. From experience I've had in the past with contractors being a little flakey, I would definitely recommend Mark - The Ceiling Master!

Mark was a pleasure to work with, and the pricing was fair. The overall customer service was great. There was an effort to return my home in a tidy condition, not perfect, but just fine. I found it odd that no closeout paperwork or receipt was provided nor offered.

Mark and his crew did a fantastic job of scraping my acoustic ceilings and retexturing them in 1 day. First I attempted the task on my own before realizing I was in over my head. I researched Home Advisor for acoustic ceiling removal, requested quotes, and Mark was the first to respond. He accommodated my busy schedule, showed up on time, and he & his crew did such a terrific job. And his price was less than other quotes I received. I don't post reviews often, but this job deserves it. I LOVE no longer having to look at that ugly acoustic in my home. Mark, thank you! Highly recommended
