Overall, the move was excellent, professional, and quick. They did what they were there to do, no complaints and with a lot of knowledge.
They provided everything and there were no surprise charges at the end.
We moved several years ago from Irvine to Long Beach (3 bedroom house to 2 bedroom duplex) and had such a horrible experience, we were going to do the move ourselves. We found Caravan and we're so glad we didn't do it ourselves. What would have taken us days to do, these guys did in a few hours. They treated everything we had like their own. Also, they left the Long Beach place in good shape (no bang-ups, scratches, etc) so that clean-up was easy.
