The service was incredible. They were unbelievable. Everything still looks perfect. The work is really good and I have not had any issues. I am very pleased.

Brad came to the house on March 5th; took measurements and promised an estimate a few days later. It is now the 15th and I still don't have an estimate. We had a $20,000 job. Maybe he thought that was too small, I don't know. But I never heard from him again. He spoke numerous times about how busy he is, but I think it's unprofessional to just ignore or forget a potential client.

The project went very well, with no issues. They did what they said they were going to do , on time and on budget.
They are very knowledgable contractors, who have had alot of experience in the remodeling field. They were honest and trustworthy and talented.
We can't say enough about the excellence of their work, it exceeded our expectations
The really focus on their clients as much as the project itself.
We had an awesome experience, in fact they became like family to us before they were done !!!!!!!

A great remodling experience with extraordinary results !!!!!!

My kitchen was twenty-five years old with appliances breaking down continuously. I knew I needed a complete upgrade and remodel. I research everything thoroughly so I set out to find the best contractor around …. I found him. After I met with Brad Burgin in my home, I was impressed with his easy style of business and his level of experience. I did not feel rushed or compelled to make quick decisions about design or appliances or flooring. Brad gave me the time I needed and suggested several wholesalers where I could research my options. I also valued working with his interior designer from the beginning of my project to assist me with decisions. No other contractor I interviewed offered this service which became essential to me.

I trust Brad and his family of professionals. His quote for my remodel was not the lowest bid, however, I felt I would be getting a much better product and experience with Brad as my contractor. I was not disappointed. He clearly described the remodel process and gave me a work schedule so I knew what to expect at each step of the project. Either Brad or my project lead was always available to answer my questions, in person or by phone.

After such a positive experience with Burgin Construction, I subsequently hired them to complete an upgrade of baseboards in my two story home. My next project will be a major bathroom remodel and I will not hesitate to hire Burgin Construction again. Even though I had a two year warranty on my kitchen, whenever I contact Brad or Rhonda with an issue or question, I get an immediate response. Burgin Construction is about doing a quality job and having a satisfied customer; they are not about cutting corners and moving on.

The price depends on what you want done. They are a good company. They are reliable and they do great work. They will tell you whatever you want to know. I don't dislike anything about them. They are a fabulous company. They are wonderful, honest and do quality work.

I actually really liked them but they were a little out of my pricing, but he was really nice. He still follows up with us. I actually wish I would have used them instead.

We were remodeling a bathroom and closet and we were looking into engineering to see whether we could do certain things. I really liked our salesman from the company and he was referred to me by a friend. We made a deposit with him and I didn't hear from him for about a week. I called and they said they would have the owner call me back. For whatever reason the salesman we had been working with had left the company. We went down to the show room and met with the owner. The salesman had assured us that the owner was involved in all of the projects. When we spoke with the owner he didn't have a clue about our project. I spent hours going through it and ended up getting cold feet because it would have been a $85,000 project. They kept the deposit, which probably was in the contract, but I felt really burned. We were straight forward with him and said we don't know you and hadn't been working with you. We would have liked to think the owner would have understood the situation and refunded our deposit. I wanna say that they sent us a check back for half, but still kept a large amount of money. It was a bad experience.

Their customer service was fantastic. The quality of work was wonderful. It was an all around wonderful experience. We are planning another portion to be remodeled and we will be hiring them then to do the work.
