There is a no-refund policy because items are cutom made. My daughter was purchasing a ring to replace a similar one. After she placed the order, she found the ring so she requested to cancel the order. They told her no. There were no refunds because everything was custom made. She explained the circumstances and was trying to take a humanistic approach. She is only 19 and works hard for her money. They were curt and rude. I intervened and tried to help her as well BECAUSE they are a Christian company. Their behavior to me was un-Christianlike and they told me the same things they told her. I then said I am an Angie's List member. She asked if she could have me wait for a moment and came back a few minutes later and she said that she would allow the refund but not because of the "threat" (which I never threatened her) or a bad report on Angie's List. They have a very high volume of business and I think their jewelry is stamped out by machines. It is hard to believe each piece is custom made. I decided to file this report with Angie's List because of their incredibly non-Christian business attitude and behavior. We will not buy from them in the future.
