Ben not only did what we asked but added caps on the poles to prevent water corrosion. We also wanted springs on the gates & he happened to have them so was able to do the job without an additional trip.

Ben returned and cleaned up all over spray, repainted one post. Very good customer service, and a great price. I do recommend Bens wrought iron repair work.

We hired Ben to paint our fence. We have chicken wire attached to the fence and as part of his estimate he said he would remove the chicken wire and reinstall it after painting. The quality of the job was not good and then they installed the chicken wire upside down (small holes are supposed to be at bottom of fence and large holes at the top). When he was done I was not available so he talked to my wife and told her we had to pay an additional $100 because he had to install the chicken wire. This was already part of the estimate. Now I have been trying for almost four weeks to get him to come back and properly install the chicken wire and he keeps putting me off. Not a good company to work with. Ben did come back and he eventually fixed the chicken wire.

Ben was professional, listened to what I wanted, described what he would do, and gave a reasonable estimate. A job well done.

Ben came with his team and they have done all necessary steps to repair the gate (cutting an opening in the concrete wall, reinstalling the gate and fixing it to the wall). They also done some additional small fixes. I am very impressed with Ben s skills and attitude. I highly recommend Ben s Ornamental Iron Craft.
