The work was hit and miss. Ray does good work but the billing and invoicing was horrible. I hope nobody goes through the nightmare I went through. They never sent me any bills and I proactively paid until I told them to stop coming over. Then with no contract whatsoever Brenda decides to harass me constantly. There is absolutely no professionalism whatsoever, no contract, no invoices, no consistency in services. Complete disaster.
