One zipper slider was missing and the other zipper slider was not attached to one side of the zipper.  Provider said it would take about 35 minutes.  Within 20 minutes the Provider installed two new zipper sliders and reattached them to the zipper.  You could not tell where the stitches were removed and replaced for the new zipper sliders.  A very neat and professional job.

The work to repair my messenger bag was done well and at a reasonable cost. The strap need to be reinforced where it joined the bag itself, It was even finished before he said it would be done, which was a pleasant surprise.

arrived in orange county california with a broken suitcase. It needed to be fixed before my return to NY (5 days; including a weekend). I called ahead and they said they would do it while i waited They did (about 15 minutes) and then wouldn't take any money because they charge Briggs and Reily never had to present any warranty info (which I didn't have with me anyway) So good for them and my next suitcase will be briggs and reilly for sure
