'HUGE' MISTAKE, UNPROFESSIONAL! THOUGHT WE WERE GOING TO GO OVER LOAN AND PAPERS THAT WERE ALL DRAWN UP. INTEREST RATES WERE HIGHER THAN DISCUSSED OVER THE PHONE AND AMOUNT WAS FOR A HIGHER AMOUNT. A 6% PER PAYMENT PENALTY WAS PUT IN FOR EARLY PAYOFF. MISTAKE. THROUGHOUT 6 MONTHS OF LOAN, WE ENDED UP PAYING $6000 FOR REFINACING WITH C H MORTGAGE OF AMERICA.
