ON 10/4/06, WE RECEIVED A CALL FROM THE MEMBER AND OUR SALES REPRESENTATIVE, JESSICA, CALLED BACK THAT DAY. SHE SPOKE WITH THE MEMBER'S DAUGHTER AND SHE SAID SHE WOULD RELAY THE MESSAGE TO CALL BACK. THE INITIAL INFORMATION THAT WAS GIVEN TO OUR COMPANY WAS TO TAKE-OVER AN EXISTING HONEYWELL SYSTEM. LATER THE MEMBER WANTED A QUOTE ON A NEW SYSTEM. AMERICAN ALARM SYSTEMS HAS BEEN IN BUSINESS SINCE 1958 AND OUR STAFF HAS EXTENSIVE KNOWLEDGE OF ALARM SYSTEMS. THIS KNOWLEDGE ENABLES US TO GIVE OUR POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS AN ESTIMATE OF THE PRICING BEFORE WE GO ANY FURTHER.
