Removal process started promptly; however, once removed, it took nearly 3 weeks for any additional work to commence.  Contractor stated this was due to a "bad run" of the material having been produced by the manufacturer, so it was necessary to wait for a new run of material to be created.  End product came out as expected and agreed to, but there were constant delays due to previously mentioned material issues, and as we later found out, staffing problems.  When the new material arrived, one (1) individual was tasked with the installation.  Due to the heat wave that was happening at that time, there were multiple work days were nothing was done.  Cash flow issues on the contractors end meant our project was not completed in a timely matter.  While the end result and product is satisfactory, the project took many weeks longer to complete than it should have.

OVERALL, WORK WAS UNSATISFACTORY AND WE HAD TO CALL THE COMPANY OUT MORE THAN ONCE. DID NOT RESPOND IN A TIMELY FASHION.
