The experience was very positive. They had a nice little showroom with samples of all the products. He was very responsive to any concerns we've had. They received the cabinets and were ready to put them in when another leak developed. He was very patient while we waited on the homeowner's association to find and repair the leak. He had to store the cabinetry and he was very cooperative about it. He was very professional and has a good customer service attitude. He seems to be able to provide a broad spectrum of services for a kitchen remodel. The price was a bit more than the big box warehouses but I think we got a better product. It wasn't a bargain price but you get what you pay for.
