They came out perfect. Owner arrived for appts on time and went over everything. Very professional. I texted pics of drapes beforehand. They specialize in curtains and drapes and you do get what you pay for.

When I called to have my drapes picked-up, A and A Curtain Cleaning arrived on schedule and took the drapes down, cleaned them, and returned and reinstalled them as contracted in a very professional manner. I definitely would call them again, and I would be happy to recommend their services to others.

Absolutely great service - on time, friendly, super-helpful (we were having interior painted at same time and they guys actually spent about 20 mins helping the painter get set up) and did an incredible job. The honeycomb fabric shades have been in the windows - and in the sun - for more than 15 years and they came back to us bright and clean and undamaged, Same for the heavy drapes that framed the windows. They took 'em down, put 'em back up and even held them for a week til painter was done. I unreservedly recommend them!

They were cleaned, brought back and rehung looking like new. Could not be more pleased with the service.

The entire process went very well. When I learned that I needed to reschedule the pick-up date to a earlier time there was no problem at all. This helped me a great deal since I needed that the drapes be cleaned during the time when I was having by downstairs painted. Raymond arrived as scheduled, promptly went to work removing or rehanging the drapes. He replaced a couple of drapery rings - one was broken and another was missing. He did the job quickly and carefully. Most of the living room drapes were much taller than the typical height because the living room is two-story. Again, this posed no problem. He is organized, efficient and very personable. My clean drapes look great and smell fresh. I certainly recommend A and A Curtain Cleaning.

Everything was done as it should be. The drapes look perfect. The cleaning and reinstallation was completed on time, with no fuss, no drama.

Provider did pro job of evaluating job, was informative, as to job and costs. Uninstalled drapes carefully and quickly for transportation to his facility. Drapes were returned as per schedule. Were cleaned perfectly cleaned and reinstalled

The work performed went as scheduled. No surprises or delays from the time we called and made the appointment by phone to the time Ray reinstalled the drapes. He did warn us that there might be a delay if any of the drapes required any sewing, but he said he would call in advance to let us know. The sewing is done in a different work location than the cleaning. Our drapes did not need any sewing.

My husband is having a stem cell transplant and the house must be CLEAN when he comes home. Raymond did a fabulous job on my window treatments, was prompt and as nice a person that you would ever want to deal with. Greatly pleased and would highly recommend this service.

Ray answered the phone himself when I first called him . . . . . . pleasant surprise! We agreed on a date/time for him to come to our home to give a quote, and he was right on time for that first visit. Ray was very flexible with the return date for our cleaned drapes; my husband was not finished painting/remodeling in that room and Ray was nice enough to hold the drapes longer for us. When he did return them I couldn't have been happier. They looked new again! Ray expertly rehung the drapes and even made adjustments so they would close and come together properly . . . . something they had not done in a long time. Ray was very professional and friendly too. I would definitely use his services again and I recommend him to anyone needing drapes cleaned.

Ray did a fabulous job. He was punctual and very professional. The draperies were extremely dirty and he brought them back looking brand new! Everything was re-hung perfectly. I will recommend him to all of my friends and neighbors.
