We are a local, family-owned, pest control company, serving the Valley since 1996. We offer residential and commercial pest control. It seems to be going quite well. they regularly come every month and give the house a good pest control treatment. My tenant has had no more complaints about bugs.

We have been using Wood's Pest Control for several years and have been through several different employees. They have all been careful, responsive and helpful. When they see me, they ask if I have noticed any problems with pests. They sweep spider webs from the house every time they come. They are also good with our pets. We have two small dogs and a bunch of turtles in a pen in the yard. Each of the employees has known that the turtles are there and they are careful not to treat that area. We didn't have to 'catch' each new employee and remind them. They do it on their own because they have been so well trained. You just can't put a value on that kind of service. I can't imagine going with anyone else!

I DIDN'T REALLY LIKE THEIR SERVICE. I AM THINKING ABOUT CHANGING. IT TOOK THEM 8 MINUTES TO SPRAY A 2,000 SQUARE FOOT HOUSE. WHEN THEY CAME TO MY HOUSE, THEY LEFT MY GATE OPEN SO MY DOGS GOT LOOSE.

"This client was a customer from 1998-2006. I realize this is a late comment, but I feel I must apologize for the unsatisfactory service completed at his home. His records do show that the gate was not properly closed and his dogs got loose. While I feel there is no excuse for a poor service, notes indicate he was offered a complimentary service as quality control, to insure the customer would indeed get our quality service. He however refused and discontinued service. We are always sorry to lose any customer, even more so someone who trusted us for years to take care of their pest control needs. Again I would just like to apologize to he for the unsatisfactory service."

I HAVE HAD AN EXTREMELY GOOD EXPERIENCE WHILE WORKING WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY ALWAYS DO A THOROUGH JOB WHEN THEY DO SPRAY FOR BUGS. I HAVE NEVER HAD A PEST PROBLEM SINCE I STARTED WORKING WITH THEM.
