I AM NOT HAPPY WITH THEM AT ALL. I SHOULD HAVE KNOWN FROM THE FACT THAT EVERY TIME I GO THERE A DIFFERENT PERSON WOULD HELP ME. I THINK ALL THEY WANT TO DO IS TAKE ORDERS AND NOT DO ANY INSTALLATION. THEY SHOULD TELL PEOPLE AHEAD OF TIME THAT THEY DO NOT PROVIDE INSTALLATION SERVICES. THEY DO NOT KNOW THE PRODUCTS, ALL THEY WANT IS THE PROFIT FROM ORDERING FROM MANUFACTURERS AND SELLING RETAIL. NO SERVICE AT ALL. IF YOU DON'T KNOW THE PRODUCT YOU ARE ORDERING YOU SHOULD NOT USE THEM !!!
