 + -1 moreI AM NOT HAPPY WITH THEM AT ALL. I SHOULD HAVE KNOWN FROM THE FACT THAT EVERY TIME I GO THERE A DIFFERENT PERSON WOULD HELP ME. I THINK ALL THEY WANT TO DO IS TAKE ORDERS AND NOT DO ANY INSTALLATION. THEY SHOULD TELL PEOPLE AHEAD OF TIME THAT THEY DO NOT PROVIDE INSTALLATION SERVICES. THEY DO NOT KNOW THE PRODUCTS, ALL THEY WANT IS THE PROFIT FROM ORDERING FROM MANUFACTURERS AND SELLING RETAIL. NO SERVICE AT ALL. IF YOU DON'T KNOW THE PRODUCT YOU ARE ORDERING YOU SHOULD NOT USE THEM !!!
Description of Work: ORDERED CELLULAR SHADES FOR SKYLIGHT IN FEB. DID NOT GET THEM UNTIL APRIL, THEN THEY DO NOT HAVE INSTALLERS. SERVICE WAS VERY BAD, EVERY TIME I GO TO THE SHOWROOM, A DIFFERENT PERSON HELPED ME. AND THEY DO NOT KNOW THE PRODUCTS VERY WELL. I WANTED TO ORDER HUNTER DOUGLAS AND THEY SAID THAT THEY WERE TAKING A LONG TIME TO DELIVER AND PERSUADED ME TO GO WITH LEVELOR INSTEAD.
