He spent a good amount of time and concentration on all carpeted areas, taking extra care to thoroughly treat the areas most heavily soiled by my dog, and gave suggestions on how to maintain the carpets once they were dry.
A lot of attention was given to making sure none of my furniture would get damaged and he was careful to be sure items with metal underneath were not sitting on the damp carpet (to avoid rust/corrosion).
Overall, I'm impressed with the friendliness of both the owner (Tammy) who I spoke to on the phone, as well as her son, who came to do the work, as well as the quality of work and level of professionalism. My carpets look, feel and smell clean, and I will definitely be calling them again!
