I was referred by a friend, and these guys did not disappoint. After I called, they got a cleaner to my house within about 24 hours, and he showed up on time (a little early, actually). He was polite, friendly, professional, and tolerated my (overly affectionate) dog, who was the main reason I needed my carpets cleaned in the first place. He spent a good amount of time and concentration on all carpeted areas, taking extra care to thoroughly treat the areas most heavily soiled by my dog, and gave suggestions on how to maintain the carpets once they were dry. A lot of attention was given to making sure none of my furniture would get damaged and he was careful to be sure items with metal underneath were not sitting on the damp carpet (to avoid rust/corrosion). Overall, I'm impressed with the friendliness of both the owner (Tammy) who I spoke to on the phone, as well as her son, who came to do the work, as well as the quality of work and level of professionalism. My carpets look, feel and smell clean, and I will definitely be calling them again!
