They're decent as far as the overall cleaning goes. The issue I have is the way he run his business. You get a different crew every time. I had them first every two weeks and then I went down to once a month, because I got a different crew every single time. That's what I didn't like. I wanted to get to know the crew that he would have assigned to my house or neighborhood and he didn't do that. He rotated people and I didn't like that. I sometimes was home and sometimes I wasn't home. When I wasn't home I could just tell the writing is different. I would call and ask if Rosa came today. He would say no, and I thought I would get the same people. It was just strangers every time. The cost was fantastic. It was $209 and I have a $3500 square foot house.The very first time they come they do everything. You're like wow that was so awesome. When they come the second time it's like they didn't do the blinds this time. It's like one thing each time they come got left off the list. They came when they said they would come. I would consider using them again.
