+ -1 moreTHIS WAS THE FOURTH TIME I HAVE USED TERRY FOR THIS SERVICE, AND SHE WAS PROMPT, COURTEOUS AND PROFESSIONAL. SHE ALWAYS RETURNS MESSAGES IN A TIMELY MANNER, AND CAN USUALLY BOOK A TUNING WITHIN 2 WEEKS OF A REQUEST. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND USING THIS SERVICE.
Description of Work: I HAD MY PIANO TUNED BECAUSE IT HAD BEEN 12 MONTHS SINCE MY PREVIOUS TUNING. THE TECHNICIAN SPENT ABOUT 2 1/2 HOURS TUNING EVERY NOTE.
