The original exterior work went fine (Oct 6, 2014).  Until a couple of days after it we started seeing the paint peel away from the windows, where they had put caulking over the silicone that was in place when the windows were installed.  They came back a couple of weeks later, and did a really bad job "fixing" it.  They came back 11/15/2014, and it looked like they did all the right things, peeled everything off, used a spray primer, and repainted.  A few weeks ago (Dec 28, 2015) we noticed it happening again, and peeling off all the way back to the stucco.  I contacted him via email, left messages, and have not gotten anything back.  Even accounting for the holidays, this is unacceptable.  So not I have to get this fixed, and take a chance on what someone else will cost to fix this.  I am very displeased.

He was very nice. He was very professional. He gave us good tips. He was wonderful.

Rollie showed up at our home the first time to provide an estimate. Whithin a few minutes, it was clear that Rollie was going to add value to the process of selecting colors. He suggested colors that we agreed to and we were not disappointed. the entire process working with Sunset Painting was professional. We would use Sunset again for our painting needs.

They are very friendly. They did really good work.

I called Rolly and asked if he could come out and bid on getting our rental until painted. He called me to confirm and to make sure I was going to be there. When he showed up, he had several suggestions for me that would make the paint job look better such as caulking the baseboards and painting them the same color as the walls. This way I wasn't going to have to replace the worn out baseboards. He also gave us a great suggestion for the kitchen cabinets. I thought I was going to have to paint them since they looked so bad, but instead he had a new product he was using that would add luster and bring the wood back to a nice finish. It cost me a fraction of what it would have cost if I had to paint them.
They showed up when they said they would and completed the job on schedule, very professional. I have used them for years on several jobs both inside and out. I have never worked with a better company and would recommend them to EVERYONE!!! As a matter of fact several people here in our office, my son and daughter have also used them and love them.

The quality of the work was not very good at all. We requested them to come back and correct the issues and it did not do any justice. the workers were friendly, however the quality was poor.
