THE ORIGINAL SALESMAN WAS VERY GOOD AT SELLING HIS PRODUCT. THE DELIVERY OF THE SPA WAS DELAYED BY TWO WEEKS, ALTHOUGH THE MANAGER WAS VERY APOLOGETIC ABOUT THE DELAY. THE DELIVERY WENT SMOOTHLY AS DID THE SET-UP.
