He arrived on time, and was helpful and cooperative with our questions. He was especially thorough with the electrical aspects of the inspection. He told us what had been done correctly. He found a live wire that needed to be secured. He reads the instructions for appliances and can explain how they should be installed. He is a very smart guy. However, he made one error regarding an unfamiliar electrical item (a two-line disposer switch). Also, he did not go up to the roof or in the crawl space.
