Description of Work: Two main projects were completed during the same approximate time frame. Bathroom renovation: My upstairs (main) bathroom was stripped of old vinyl flooring, old vanity, toilet, and light fixture leaving only bathtub. New ceramic tile flooring was installed along with a new upgraded vanity cabinet and granite top with basin and faucet, and a new toilet. Bathroom was then given a new coat of paint and a new light fixture. Bathroom mirror was cut and remounted to match new vanity top. Tub was recaulked and new shower curtain rod and towel rods installed. Replacement of interior doors: All ten of the old interior doors in my house were replaced with new and more stylish doors. These included two new folding doors. Doors were carefully trimmed, balanced and hung, and then painted. In addition to the new doors, my stairway bannister was repainted and new baseboards were installed in stairway and upstairs hallway. Price includes all materials.
