 + -1 moreHe seemed like a nice guy, but the project never got off the ground. He was difficult to reach in person, finally came over to scope job for an estimate, but never sent the estimate.
Description of Work: No worked performed! I contacted him for an estimate in spring 06. After trading voicemail, he stopped returning calls. After a couple of months, I contacted him in person and was able to schedule an appointment. He came over and scoped the job, but never sent an estimate. At this point, I wouldn't use him.

 + 0 moreExcellent work. Mr. Phan is very versatile, and does paving, fencing, carpentry, yard work, landscaping and sprinklers. He has done all of the outside work on my house. Many of my neighbors have been so impressed that they have hired him too.
Description of Work: Mr. Phan and his family tore out old walkway and bushes that blocked the front door. Replaced with new poured concrete walkway, lawn and small side garden.

 + -1 moreMr. Phan is reliable and does excellent work. He provides weekly yard maintenance and other outdoor work. Mr. Phan also put in a new lawn, a garden, and paved a new path from my driveway to my front door. All at extremely reasonable prices.
Description of Work: Mr. Phan built a stepped redwood fence between my house and a neighbors. He put lattice on top, and painted both sides with Thompson's Waterseal.
