"This is a long story but I will try to make it short: The customer called to set up an appointment for a pick up at her home. We estimated about 1/2 truck load from the description she gave us which is what was put on the work order. Prior to starting this job, we did another job for1/4 of a load then we went to this customers house directly without dumping because the work order stated approximately 1/2 load. When the guys arrived (yes, they arrive late but they called earlier to give to her an update per our policy) the crew gave her husband the estimate for a full load at $589 before any of the work started. The husband checked with his wife and they agreed with estimate and we proceeded with the work. The wife was reportedly angry because the crew did not arrive with an empty truck but they explained to her that they were only anticipating about 1/2 load or so. They said they can take most of it today and the rest tomorrow which again the customer agreed. They guys loaded the truck to the top, even broke down furniture for the customer because she kept insisting that they can fit it all in. They returned the next day to get the remaining 1/4 load and the crew called into the office because she was not happy paying for the remaining 1/4 load. We reminded her that she was quoted for a full load and 3/4 had already been removed yesterday which equals to a full load as originally quoted. She insisted the truck was not empty to begin with the day before and it was really 1/2 full instead of a 1/4. I told her I would look into what the previous customer had to see if she was correct. I checked the invoice from the previous customer and indeed they were only charged for 1/4 load as the crew stated. I called her back to tell her that the previous customer only had a 1/4 load which made sense because her estimate was for a full load, 3/4 the first day and 1/4 today. She refuse to accept our proof and said we UNDER charged the previous customer but OVER charged her. I explained to her that did not make munch since and although we do not do this, I would be willing to send her a copy of the invoice to prove to her that the previous customer was only charged for a 1/4 load but she refused. Again, she was quoted for a full load (before any work began) which they accepted, we took 3/4 the first day because we already had 1/4 from the first job, then returned the next day for the remaining 1/4 which equals to a full load, just like we had quoted her at the beginning and agreed by the customer. We're not sure why we received all F's because we did everything as promised and even destroyed some items that could've been donated to try to make it fit and make her happy. We feel this a really unfair review and as she even mentioned we have excellent reviews Angie's List and Yelp. At Junk Pros, we take our customer service very seriously hence also being a Diamond Certified company because of our excellent customer service. Once again we would like to apologize to this customer for her unhappiness with our company. We strive to offer excellent customer service each and every single time. Although we do make our share of mistakes, we believe this was an unfair review but we know potential customers reading this will understand and make the right choice.
