INSPECTION PROS

Very well.  Glenn Stewart spent several hours on the inspection before providing us a verbal summary of the highlights.  A comprehensive written report was issued within 24 hours.

The inspection was conducted by Paul Breitkopf, who was recommended by my realtor. He did an extremely thorough inspection and tolerated two of us trailing him and peppering him with questions. He provided tips and recommendations when he came across things, and when he saw my look of panic with information overload, he helped me understand what issues were more pressing. He also took time to inform me of what he was looking for, what to watch for in the future, and where the different shut-offs were. On top of all that, he was a truly pleasant person to work with.

Overall, Ron was great. Punctual and professional. However, he may have missed a visual on the drain pipes in our yard that may contain asbestos. They look like plastic but apparently are concrete and likely contain asbestos. Unfortunately, we have passed their 90-day warranty so if you go with them, make sure you do a thorough re-inspection if you can before the warranty period is over. Ron is very nice.

Overall, my experience was very positive. The customer service was great, people were always friendly and eager to help. Our inspector, Glen Stewart, was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this company in a second.

INSPECTION PROS PROVIDED A VERY COMPREHENSIVE REPORT. I WAS ALSO AT THE SITE WHEN THE INSPECTION TOOK PLACE. THE INSPECTOR POINTED OUT AREAS OF CONCERN. ALSO SHOWED ME THE NECESSARY KEY TURN OFF VALVES.
