Bringing YOUR Environment Back To Life We are a full service restoration company offering a complete cross section of services. We have been a licensed general contractor in the Bay Area for over 25 years based out of San Ramon. We were formerly a National Franchise Restoration Company for 15 years and have decided to go out on our own to expand our services. Our services are available on a 24/7 basis and we cover the entire Bay Area and beyond if necessary. We service commercial and residential projects and offer cutting edge technologies such as dry ice blasting in an effort to maximize efficiency and productivity. Prompt testing but their removal of their equipment and departure were done without comment (a phone call to their office cleared up the issue as to if the work was done.) They were slow in communicating the results to the service that removed the popcorn ceiling (so I did this), leading to a delay in removal of the service's tent.

He was very professional.    Things to be aware of is that the initial phone call was free but he gives an estimate with this phone call as to what he will charge to come out to your house.    Also, he does take credit cards but requested a 5% fee to do so.   Although he said getting the items repaired quickly was important, he never did submit a quote to do the work.

Ken Shearrer came out and inspected and cleaned out the area. Luckily what I was seeing wasn't black mold, but nevertheless I felt much better that a licensed professional inspected and thoroughly cleaned and removed everything that was potentially damaged. He was extremely professional and detail-oriented. I would without hesitation use their service again and recommend anyone that thinks they may have an issue with mold or other damages to use this service.

We have a 60 year old house, and have noticed a very musty smell inside, especially after it has been closed up for a while with neither the heat nor a/c running. Many vendors want to come out and do an air test, which we did a couple years ago, and was of no value. Environmental CPR sent an excellent technician out within one day of my call, for an extremely reasonable inspection fee. That fee included removal of the fungus located, and treating the area. Greg was completely thorough and professional. The office manager I spoke with (Janet) was also very helpful in promptly getting back to me, and working to send someone out around my availability.

The owner of the company came out and looked at the area; he seemed very knowledgeable and informative. When we decided to go with them, they were helpful. They speak English well, they keep you informed, they seem to do an honest job, and they are neat and tidy.
