ELITE DID A GREAT JOB WITH THE INSTALLATION. I FELT I DEFINITELY RECEIVED A GOOD DEAL FROM THEM. THEY ALSO DID SOME MORE FLOORING WORK FOR ME. I REALLY LIKED THEIR WORK.

ELITE FLOORING WAS VERY HELPFUL. THE STAFF THERE ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS AND SHOWED ME SEVERAL SAMPLES. THEY SPENT A GREAT DEAL OF TIME WITH ME. THE FLOOR LOOKS GREAT.

THE OWNERS ARE VERY FRIENDLY AND MOST HELPFUL. THEY EXPLAINED ALL THE OPTIONS WE HAD AND SHOWED US SAMPLES. WHEN THEY SHOWED UP THEY WERE VERY HARD WORKING AND DID A WONDERFUL JOB.

FIRST IMPRESSION WAS GOOD. THEY NEGLECTED TO EXPLAIN THE LEVELING OF THE FLOOR. THEY REFUSED TO COME BACK OUT AND LEVEL THE FLOORING SO IN RESULTED IN A MAJOR DELAY ON THE KITCHEN REMODEL. THEY FINALLY DID COME BACK, BUT GLUE WAS ON SEVERAL SPOTS ON THE WOOD FLOORING AND WE COULD NOT GET IT OFF. VERY FRUSTRATING EXPERIENCE.

"SHE DID NOT LET US KNOW SHE HAD GLUE SPOTS, WE WOULD BE MORE THAN HAPPY TO COME OVER AND CLEAN THEM. WE WILL CONTACT HER. AS FAR A LEVELING, SHE MUST HAVE HAD SUB FLOOR PROBLEMS. ONE IN 1000 CUSTOMERS MIGHT, I'M SORRY HER BUILDER LET HER DOWN. I CAN ASSURE YOU WE RESPOND QUICKLY IN THESE SITUATIONS, WE WANT YOUR FLOORS DONE RIGHT AWAY. WE HAVE CONTRACTOR'S STANDING BY THAT CHARGE BELOW AVERAGE TO HELP US, HELP YOU."
