If youâ re looking for an AC guy, this is the guy for you. Customer service is out of this world. Does great work. Really nice guy and very hard working. He came after hours in an emergency situation for us, and fixed the issue in 10 minutes. He saved the day with our AC unit the day before a 110 degree day. Please hire this guy.

I had a 20+ year old home furnace replaced. At first, I asked about replacing the cracked heat exchanger, but Wayne advised, for twice the money, I can get a brand new, highly efficient furnace system. I took his advice--Bay Valley did an excellent job, on time, at a reasonable price.
