B & B Landscape Contracting

Sid showed up when expected and he and his team quickly knocked out the job. They prepped the ground removing the old grass and plants, laid down new dirt and fertilizer, and cut and laid the sod perfectly. I couldn't believe they provided the level of quality in a relatively short time. They know what they're doing.
At the last minute I asked for some help laying 15 bags of mulch throughout my property and he calmly accepted the last minute task and helped me out for a little extra money. Saved me a bunch of time as I was putting my house up for sale. Will definitely use again.

First we had an idea of what we wanted done, we talked to several contractors. We didn't get the feeling they wanted to listen to what we wanted done or wanted to spend the time design something for us. B and B spent a Saturday afternoon going over everything that we wanted to do discussed pros and cons of some of our ideas, put on paper in a quote what the project would cost and how they would do it. Most of what they did replaced the poor workmanship from the developer and the previous owner. The project turned out magnificent. We followed up on a new project to complete the front landscaping. B and B does not force you to use their products like landscape lightning so you are free to shop and find the item that will work for you.

The job went well, we had some rain but that was out of our control, Brent's workers worked through the weather and we gave them shelter in our garage which we emptied so they could store supplies and tools. We should have kept up with B and B in making a decision on the brick accents but our delay delayed the completion of the project. Also because we could not decide on Planters we also missed out on B and B running drip irrigation to the pots for us. We should have been better organized with decisions to keep the project on time. Brent walked through and made suggestions we could do with touch up paint and staining retaining walls while we waited several days for the concrete to harden. B and B works with all the subs so he is a one stop shop handling any part with preferred sub contractors to do various parts of the job so you don't have to coordinate it yourself!
