Ken's Carpets & Flooring

I liked Ken's carpet because they were not hard sell. They allowed me to take my time to make a decision and their installation was flawless.

Ken is responsive, knows his stuff, and is a pleasure to deal with. His crews are considerate and clean, and they even remembered coming to the rental 5 years prior when I had lived there, and they delivered a wool carpet (my first purchase from Ken's) for the master bedroom. Overall, it went great.

They are a very reliable company. They were very professional. They did a good job. Their price was fairly reasonable for the work they did. They did a nice job cleaning up after themselves.

I did not know what type of floor covering I wanted, Ken was able to help me by giving me a lot of useful information so that I could make an informed decision. I had been to other stores and all they wanted to do is to sell me their products without helping me. Ken was not pushy, and was genuinely trying to make sure that I would be happy with the product well after the sale. I chose to go with wood laminate flooring. The cost of the flooring and installation was surprisingly reasonable. The estimator that came to my home was very courteous and professional. I set up the appointment with Ken. I have a very busy work schedule and therefor had limited time window for the work to be done. The installers arrived on time, took out my old flooring, and installed my new flooring in record time, they were courteous and did a professional job. I will recommend Ken's Carpets and Flooring to all my family and friends.
